How to center yourself through regular tarot card readings?

Remember that there are a lot of things going on in the world that could lead you astray if you’re ever feeling anxious or depressed.

They confuse you, and before you know it, you get concerned about everything you shouldn’t be draining your brain cells on. Also, memories from the past or current trauma or whatever triggers you may send you into a downward spiral of depression. This is a reality too many people face daily.

Unfortunately, most people are unprepared. They automatically think that there is something wrong with their brain chemistry. This is the default standard for mainstream media and conventional wisdom.

Concept Of Centering

But if you have been trying all sorts of pharmaceutical interventions to treat your anxiety, depression, and overall stress, you might want to consider an alternative. I’m not saying you should replace your current therapies with free tarot card readings, but you might want to wrap your head around the concept of centring.

The reason why people tend to go into a downward spiral of worry, anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed is because they lose their central balance in their lives.

Human beings are made of not just a physical body and a psychological mind but also emotions, spirituality, mindsets, and, of course, our experiences from the past. All of these, put together, makeup who you are.

Take one of these away, and you will be very different. It’s like suffering from amnesia. If you understand that, there has to be a proper balance in how we deal with the various personas that make up our total personality and being. This is the key to well-being.

Unfortunately, a lot of people are either tricked into or buy into the idea that they are their physical health, or they’re just their financial status, or they’re just their circle of friends. You cannot reduce yourself in that way. You are far more complicated and beautiful than that.

That’s why it’s essential to focus on being centred. This is not a question of finding the perfect answer across the board and applies to all people at all times and in all situations. I’m not talking about that.

Instead, centring yourself is all about finding what makes sense to you in a way that leads you to inner peace and contentment and pushes you enough to strive for a higher and better version of your contribution to the universe. Kindly pay close attention to what I say. I did not tell you the very best version of yourself.

So many blogs, books, online courses, and YouTube channels are devoted to that idea. The problem is that the human ego is void. It eats, eats, and eats, and it’s never filled.

It’s constantly hungry. It drinks, and drinks, and drinks, and it’s never relieved. You don’t want to put yourself in that state because you’re constantly confused.

You’re off balance. It’s much better to focus on how these different aspects of your persona and the other layers that make up who you indeed are can line up in such a way that it is sustainable. This is the concept of centring.

The ancient Chinese have a word for this. This is called the Tao. You probably have seen the symbol of the Tao, and there’s a tremendous and profound fundamental truth behind that symbol because the universe is all about balance.

Sure, from time to time, things may go off balance. There’s a tremendous amount of chaos and confusion, but eventually, it returns to the balance because that is what is infinite. That is what is sustainable.

Stepping Back From Ego

You can recapture that in your life, and one way to do this is by reading tarot cards. When you go through an online tarot card reading, you step back from your ego. The tarot card reading is not about you.

Instead, it’s about you witnessing the display of the collective wisdom of the cards that symbolize humanity’s stored wisdom over thousands of years.

This all starts with the fact that whatever you can think of now has been thought of by somebody else hundreds, if not thousands of years ago. As painful as it is to affirm, we all are not unique.

Some people have had the same thoughts as us but did not articulate them the same way or had the same concerns. Whatever it is you say and think today, it has been said and thought long ago.

What is the record of that? The closest record of that is the tarot card symbology because it speaks to the different stages and phases of the human experience.

You tap into that, and you gain a tremendous amount of self-awareness when you do that. You see yourself in the universe. Usually, it’s the other way around.

We expect the universe to see itself in us. We hope to be understood before we even try to understand others. It’s like we are perpetual children.

When you experience regular tarot card readings, your ego starts to get reshaped because it’s no longer about you. Instead, free tarot card readings are all about something bigger than you, and you connect to this.

So, reading a tarot card can be your gateway to more excellent centring understanding and personal balance.

Dealing With The Hidden Part of Persona

The key is to trust your insight. Unfortunately, many people think this is the hidden part of their persona they would rather not deal with because it may lead them to someplace scary.

Well, what is so scary about gaining a sense of closure over past trauma? What is so frightening about confronting many of your deep, unspoken fears straight in the eye and looking them straight in the eyes?

What’s so scary about overcoming denial? When you get regular free tarot card readings or engage in online tarot card readings, you exercise the part of your persona that many would rather wish away.

They would instead think that that part of themselves doesn’t exist. I am, of course, talking about your intuition.

When paired with your almost limitless imagination, your intuition blows open the doors of possibility. You can befit whoever you want to become. You no longer have to be a detainee of your stress, anxiety, and depression.

It all boils down to tapping into your power of intuition, mixed with imagination and shaped by your ability to believe.
